Cookies and analytics
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless and aggregate — it does not set cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other websites. Analytics events are processed by Vercel on infrastructure located outside Australia.
We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or any other third-party tracking or analytics service. The website sets no cookies of its own; the only cookies that may appear are those strictly necessary for it to function.

We use personal information collected through this website to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- assess whether Verexia may be able to assist you once services become available;
- keep a record of enquiries and of the acknowledgements given;
- contact you when the service you registered interest in becomes available;
- protect and maintain the security of the website; and
- comply with applicable law.
We do not use your personal information for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell personal information.
4. Who we disclose it to
Service providers. We use third-party providers to host this website and to deliver email. These are Vercel (website hosting and analytics) and Google (email and workplace services).
Where required by law. We may disclose personal information where we are required or authorised to do so by law.
We do not disclose personal information to any other party. In particular, we do not contact a financier, registry, or any other party in relation to your matter — that is not something Verexia does at present.
Overseas disclosure
Our website and email are hosted in Australian regions. However, our service providers are companies incorporated overseas, and personal information may be accessible to them or their related entities outside Australia. Analytics events are expressly processed outside Australia.
Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
5. How we store and protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These steps include encrypted transmission, access controls, and limiting access to those who need it.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as we are required to keep it by law. When it is no longer required, we securely destroy or de-identify it.
6. Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong, using the contact details in section 8.
We will respond within a reasonable period. There is no charge for making a request. If we refuse a request, we will tell you why in writing.
