How PPSR finance clearance will work with Verexia
Verexia service
- Rego or VIN
- to start
- We'll handle
- the secured party
- Fresh search
- confirms clean title
- No guarantee
- outcomes depend on the facts
At launch, Verexia will clear finance and PPSR registrations off vehicles end to end: establishing what a registration actually means, dealing with the secured party directly, and seeing the discharge or removal through — so you get clean title without chasing it yourself.
Final outcomes depend on the secured party and the facts of the registration, and no service can promise otherwise. What Verexia will commit to is doing the work and being straight about what's achievable.
What the service will clear
- Finance still showing after you've paid it out.
- Incorrect or previous-owner registrations.
- Registrations that won't come off.
- Clearing or settling a registration to sell the car.
How it will work
Tell us about the vehicle
You'll send the rego or VIN and a few details — it takes a couple of minutes.
We'll establish where you stand
We'll verify ownership, read what's registered against the car, and work out what is genuinely owed — and whether it's owed by you at all.
We'll deal with the secured party
We'll request the discharge, serve an amendment demand, or escalate to the PPSR Registrar as the situation needs (ppsr.gov.au — how to dispute a registration).
You'll get clean title
Confirmed by a fresh PPSR search. Nothing will move until you agree.

How Verexia is designed to assist
Once launched: send the rego or VIN and Verexia will work out where you stand, deal with the secured party, and see it through to a fresh PPSR search that confirms the car is clear.
- Establishing what's genuinely owed, and whether it's owed by you.
- Dealing with the secured party — the discharge, the demand, the AFSA escalation.
- Confirming clean title with a fresh PPSR search.
The first step will always be working out where you stand. Final outcomes depend on the secured party and the facts of the registration, and no service can promise otherwise. What Verexia will commit to is doing the work and being straight about what's achievable.
Verexia is preparing a service designed to assist with vehicle ownership, finance and PPSR matters. Services are not currently available. Register your interest and we will contact you when the relevant service launches.
